TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sleeps up to x 6 people (plus a total of x 2 babies or x 2 Toddlers – (if you bring your own Porta Cots).

Minimum Nights: 

Weekends: x 2 nights stay. 

Long Weekends: 3 nights stay.

If you stay longer than x 3 nights a 20% discount will apply.

RATES

Mulberry House does not charge a booking fee for guests and there are no extra taxes.

STANDARD RATES: Regular Weekends are $350 per night for the whole house (with the exception of any locked areas).

For long weekends $450 per night.

Cleaning Fee $100 total (One off payment)

Please check the Calendar for Availability for Bookings.

Payment requirements: Deposit of $ 100 via Bank Transfer required to confirm the Booking. Bank details will be sent to the contact person who booked Mulberry House. The remaining Balance to be paid (in cash upon Check in). 

Check in is at 2pm (earlier by negotiation)  Check out is 10.00am (or later by negotiation). 

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund of Deposit up to 30 Days prior to Check In date. If less than 5 days notice 50% of the full balance paid will be refunded to the guest.
