Mulberry House does not charge a booking fee for guests and there are no extra taxes.

STANDARD RATES: Weekends and Public holidays– $350 per night for the whole house.  Sleeps up to x 6 people (plus baby – if you bring your own Porta Cot).

Mulberry House is open for bookings:

Maximum 2 nights stay weekends. Maximum 3 nights stay long weekends.

Cleaning Fee $100 total

Terms & Conditions

Deposit of $200 via Bank Transfer required to confirm booking. Full Balance required 7 days prior to Booking Date.

Check in is anytime after 2.30pm and Check out is 10.00am.

Cancellation Policy   Full refund of Deposit up to 30 Days prior to Check In date

If less than 7 days notice  50% of the full balance paid will be refunded to the guest. 50% of the full balance will be retained by the Owner of Mulberry House.
